Job Details
Position: Marketing Manager - Manufacturing
Job Code: 56512

<Products: Steel Coil, Color Coated Steel Coil, Steel Pipe etc.. >
<Clients: Japanese, Local and foreign Manufacturing Company >
<Saturday Working: Yes ( 7:45 - 12:00) >

Responsibility

- Manage all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
- Develop the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities to promote company brand and corporate identity such as trade shows, advertisement, digital marketing, internal brand engagement, organize sales support and other PR events.
- Train and manage the staffs in Marketing Team
- Work with sales and R&D teams to launch, promote new products and develop new markets;
- Develop strategies to ensure marketability of new products
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
- Ensure the quality of communication in solving customer’s problems as well as answering offers and enquiries for them.
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
- Analyzing potential strategic partners relationships for company marketing
- Oversee the company marketing budget
- Measure the marketing performance and making reports as required
- Perform other related duties as required under the direction of General Manager

- Working location: Di An, Binh Duong Province
- Working Time: 7:45 - 17:00 (Monday - Friday / Saturday working 07:45-12:00)
- Monthly Salary: 1,100 – 1,400USD

Requirements

- Qualification: Bachelor Degree
- Language Skills: English Business Level
- Gender: Any
- Age: 35 - 40
- Experience: At least 8 years experience as Marketing Manager in any industry.
- Other: Good at leadership, strong analytical and planning skills

Preferable Skill / Experience
- Prefer candidates who have 10 years experience as Marketing Manager
