Job Details
Position: Import - Export Staff - Food
Job Code: 56797

<Products: mayonnaise, dressing, sources>
<Clients: Vietnamese >
<Saturday Working: 2 days per month >

Responsibility

- Receiving and processing orders from import-export customers.
- Coordinate, arrange delivery and receipt of goods with carriers, shipping lines, warehouses and customers.
- Manage inventory monitoring of imported raw materials, inventory data and inventory of import and export orders
- Make reports at the request of superiors (leader is Vietnamese Male)
- Other jobs assigned by superiors.

- Working location: Dist 1, HCM
- Working Time: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri and 2 Sat per month)
- Monthly Salary: 500–520USD

Requirements

- Bachelor degree in business or related major.
- 1 year or more about Import and Export in food manufacturing companies.
- Gender: Any
- Age: 25-31
- Language: Japanese business level or English business level
- Knowledge about Ecus Customs Software
- Know how to make final settlement report of raw materials for export production.
- Update Customs regulations, import-export law changes.
- Monitoring the norms of imported and exported raw materials (Finalization report).
- Customs report.
