Job Details
Position: Design Development Manager - Construction
Job Code: 57852

<Products: Construction service - factory>
<Clients: Mainly Japanese company>
<Saturday Working: 8:00 - 12:00 and once Saturday is off >

Responsibility

- Manage project’s technical drawing
- Work with owner, other partner to get requirements
- Give advices to owner, construction department on technical drawing
- Instruct the subordinates
- Go to project site and check the project's situation(sometimes)

- Working location: Dist. 1, HCMC
- Working Time: 8:00 - 17:00 (Saturday Working: 8:00 - 12:00 and once Saturday is off )
- Monthly Salary: 1,000 – 1,300USD

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Requirements

- Age : 35 - 42
- Gender : Any
- English skill : Good communicate (Upper - intermediate level)
- At least 12 years experiences as Architectural Designer/ Civil Designer in construction industry (factory prefer)
- Person who can use Auto-CAD, Revit
- Personality : Logical thinking, Leadership, project management skill
Preferable Skill / Experience
- Person who can use BIM system (Building Information Modeling)
- Having working experiences in Japanese company
