Job Details
Position: Senior Sales Staff - Automobiles / Nhân viên Kinh doanh cao cấp - Ngành ô tô
Job Code: 57873

Responsibility

- This position works in Service Parts department
- Achieve spare part and lubricant sales target from assigned dealers, region or territory
- Improve quality of dealer part operation
- Represent and connect the company with dealers in terms of spare parts business
- Propose and conduct resolution of specific issues of dealers
- Conduct needed training for dealers’ staffs
- Make daily/weekly/monthly/yearly reports about the performance of spare parts, lubricant sales of each assigned dealers
- Do other job assigned by Management

- Working location: Hoang Mai District, Hanoi
- Working Time: 500–700USD
- Monthly Salary: 8:00-17:30(Monday - Friday)

Requirements

- Gender: Male preferred. Age: 22 - 32
- Education: At least from Bachelor’s Degree - major in Automotive technology/ Economic/ Commercial/ Marketing/ Businesses management or related fields.
- Experience: Have at least 1 years working experience as Sales position in Automobiles (include Trucks, Automobile spare parts)
- Language: English - more than Conversational Level (to communicate and report with Japanese Head of Department)
- Good understanding of dealer aftersales and spare part operation; truck and automobiles market
- Basic knowledge of automobile workshop operation
- Skills:
+ Good sales and marketing skills
+ Good MS Office skill
+ Good communication and problem solving skills
+ Have logical mindset and good ability of information analysis & collection
+ Be able to work under high pressure
Personalities:
+ Honest
+ Self-discipline
+ Highly committed to the job and the company
- Be able to go on business trip frequently

Preferable Skill / Experience
- Have experience of working in Japanese company
