Job Details
Position: Architecture Designer (Design) - Construction / Kiến trúc sư (Thiết kế) - ngành Xây dựng
Job Code: 57902

<Products: Main projects are constructing factories for the manufacturing industry>
<Clients: Mainly Japanese companies but also expanding to other foreign companies>
<Saturday working: Every other half Saturday>

Responsibility

・Responsible for designing and planning the layout of the building, the composition of individual rooms, and the interior design and decoration.
・Responsible for the planning and design of factory projects that the Sales team has acquired or requested.
・Have meeting with the Sales team.
・Prepare presentation for competition properties.
・Accompany the sales team to make presentations and explain to clients.
・Design (drawing) for projects that have been assigned.
*The construction department will handle the construction process, so there is no construction supervision or management.*

- Working location: BA DINH DIST., HA NOI
- Working Time: 8:00-17:00 (Monday to Friday/Every other Saturday: 08:00-12:00)
- Monthly Salary: 1,000 – 1,500USD

Requirements

・Education: College diploma and above
・Gender: Any
・Age: 25 - 40 years old
・Language: English conversational level (Internal communication)
・Experience; At least 3 years experience as Architectural Engineer (Design)

Preferable Skill / Experience
・Have working experience in Japan or Japanese company
・Have Japanese conversational level
