Job Details
Position: Structural Designer - Construction
Job Code: 59003

Responsibility

- Draw design by CAD, SAPS, Etabs.
- Make design following with Manager's guidance
- Attend regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists (Mainly at the beginning of the projects)
- Check structural drawing and calculation sheet
- Check application document
- Handle renovation project
- Management, supervision and training of structural design team
- Coordinate the work of contractors
- Make site visits to check on progress
- Other tasks assigned by managers

- Working location: District 1, HCMC
- Working Time: 8:00 - 17:00 (Monday - Friday / Saturday (8:00 - 12:00 and the second Saturday is off))
- Monthly Salary: 700 – 900USD

Requirements

- Age : 25 - 32
- Gender : Female prefer
- English skill : Conversational level
- More than 3 years experiences as Structural Designer in construction industry
- Have design experience of structure in American standard, European standard and Vietnamese standard
- Have design experience of factory and shopping mall.
- Able to use software: CAD, SAPS, Etabs.
- Personality : Logical thinking, Leadership, Management skill

Preferable Skill / Experience
- Japanese skill : Business level
- Person who can use BIM system (Building Information Modeling)
- Having working experiences in Japanese company
