Job Details
Position: GA cum Accountant staff - Machinery
Job Code: 59046

Responsibility

- Verify accounts book, manage tax & exchange foreign currencies
- Control receipts, petty cash, money inflow & outflow
- Ensure the accuracy of bookkeeping
- Work with tax consulting partners about accounting reports & other accounting matters
- Handle accounting daily operation, documents filing and checking
- Handle all taxation issues in accordance with Vietnamese law
- Make payment for bank transactions, other matters relating to payment
- Exchange with banks to solve normal issues (check the situation of transactions, check the requirement evidences or method to do)
- Arrange payment vouchers, cash receipts, withdrawal of petty cash
- Solve all arising issues related issuing invoices
- Cooperate with other departments in AR, AP, monthly closing
- Conduct & control expense settlement
- Responsible for working with tax consulting parters and auditing companies in annual audits
- Other tasks assigned by Section Manager

- Working location: Dist 2, HCMC
- Working Time: 8:30 - 17:30 (Monday - Friday)
- Monthly Salary: 350 – 480USD

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Requirements

- Age : 22 - 28
- Gender : Female preferred
- Bachelor's degree : Business Administration, Accounting or Finance or related fields
- English skill : Business level
- More than 1 year experience as GA cum accountant position in any industry
- PC skill : MS Word, Excel, Power Point
- Have good business manner and work hard
- Cooperative spirit and high responsibility, trustworthy, team work
- Willing to work overtime, be careful and timely at work

Preferable Skill / Experience

- Japanese skill : Business level
- Having working experiences in Japanese or foreign company
