Position: Claims Leader

• Develop solid action plans for loss ratio improvement to support the effectiveness of the Toyota Insurance program
• Analyze and propose the strategy to create the differentiation in Service which bring the benefits to all stakes holders (Customer, Insurance and dealer)
• Working with Toyota Motor Vietnam to improve and build up the Body and part cost table.
• Quarterly survey with dealer to get feedback regarding the BP compliance and working with Insurance to fix it.
• Daily operation: Support sales team to analyze and investigate technically auto claims by scoping damage of client’s coverage and claims service issues
• Coordinate with all parties involved to discuss issues, investigate claims, and provide a recommended solution with the goal of keeping the communication solid between the client and the claims adjuster.
• Communicate and interact claim action/processing with insured, Toyota dealer, and insurer when appropriate
• Work closely with our sales team and managers in our mutual effort to retain clients/car dealers with superior customer service.
• Provide special training for servicemen to be familiar with TTISV system including inputting claims into system, committed BP usage, report extraction…
• Work to build a strong relationship among the insurer, Toyota dealer and the client to achieve positive outcomes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
- Working location: Lotte Center
- Monthly Salary: 1000～1300(USD)
- Gender: Male is preferable. Age: 27 - 34
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant professional majors
- Experience: Have 5 years experiences of sales and/or auto claims management experience in service or B2B basis in Non-life insurance
- Language: English - Business Level
