Perform numerical calculations and execute selling strategies to complete sales of produts and services to the satisfaction of customers.
Manage and analyse customer data to foster long-term relationships with customers and drive sales growth
Supervise and carry out selling operation amongst department to close sale to the satisfaction of the customers; complete customer order forms, invoices and customer receiving.
Product management:
Develop category management plans and identify market, trends, opportunities and risks relevant to categories
Analyse data from a range of sources pertaining to category performance against the performance metrics and prepare reports to indicate category performance.
Planning and Implementation:
Facilitate the implementation of operational planning; attain support from department across the organisation and customer; ensure necessary resources are available to execute operational systems and processes
Develop strategic plans to enter organisation's identified sales channel or project and new customers based on assessed costs, benefits and risks involved.
Retail Operations:
Manage product/ brand image/ display facilities/ marketing activities to ensure alignment to established brand positioning strategies that take into account target markets, customer needs and perceptions
Design and implement merchandise buying plans according to market and consumer trends, merchandise ranges, stock levels and sources of supply

Make and read sales dashboard.

Analyse category performance data against category sales targets, profits and/or profit margins
Propose adaptations to operational plans to support achievement of organisational and business function strategies
Identify and assess risks associated with implementation of strategies.

Proficiency in Microsoft office

Good communication
At least 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, prefer Electronics field or FMCG
Be able to follow the job descriptions or superiors’ instructions, meet the requirements or make outstanding contributions on job.
Good command of spoken and written English or Chinese
