A, MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
For client:
Examine clients’ businesses to get to know their brands and understand their objectives to proactively offer them the best solutions
Handle client service with excellence to ensure a smooth working process between client and Agency
Be compliant with company and client’s policies, and deliver satisfaction for clients
Build up and maintain good relationships with key individuals (project owners)
Stay abreast of the latest digital tools and trends
Contribute to pre-sales efforts, including proposal generation and development of new service offerings
For internal:
Help and manage execution team members, partners and other resources to ensure proper coordination of all channels
Develop and maintain high levels of team effectiveness (trust, transparency, communication, collaboration, productivity, diversity, engagement)
Understand & respect every department’s role in delivering great work & build close relationships
Be able to debrief clearly and give exact proposition and direction to internal team to develop proposals and win projects
Control client budget and revenue-cost, to ensure the required profitability for company
Other tasks assigned by line manager
B, REQUIREMENT:
At least 1 - 2 years experience in advertising agencies
Knowledgeable and experience in digital works focus and influencer marketing is a PLUS
Flexible and great project management and client management skills
Excellent communication/ presentation skills and ability to build relationships
Ability to manage several projects at once, and with keen attention to details and process
High sense of responsibility, proactive, detail-oriented and result-oriented
Critical thinking and problem solving ability
Excellent written and spoken English
Excellent MS computer skills (MSWord, Power Point, Excel)
