Summary of position:

  • The Account Manager serves as a primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. The Account Manager is expected to work closely with the Solutions/Presales Consulting teams in order to consistently provide excellent customer services to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. In addition, the Account Manager should build good relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.


  • Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables.
  • Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the Solutions/Presales Consultants
  • Working closely with the Consulting team to follow up the payment schedule in the signed contract.
  • Using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage and keep track status and information of suspect, prospect and customer.
  • Understanding of company capabilities and services, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
  • Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Sales and Marketing Manager of any problems that may arise
  • Liaising with line managers to fulfill the target, Microsoft partner and stakeholders (if any)
  • Keeping abreast of what competitors are doing (solutions, pricing, services, ect…).
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics.
  • Providing timely feedback to line management regarding performance.
  • Reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager, providing regular input on all account activities, including status and call reports on a weekly basis

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Male/female: under 35 of age. 
  • Bachelor’s  or advanced Degree in business or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of ERP Account Manager experience
  • Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
  • Good leadership skill is required
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills (both English and Vietnamese)
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent presentation skills with heavy experience utilizing PowerPoint and other Presentation software; experienced in presenting to large and/or senior-level audiences.
  • Self-motivating, self-directed, and plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
  • Analytical approach to problem-solving and opportunity analysis.
