Mô tả Công việc

First Alliances' Client - A multinational technology company that specializes in Internet-related services and products looking for 1 Account Stategist to serve their client in Healthcare Sector:

- Fostering consultative relationships and deliver strategic perspective to clients in Vietnam
- Monitor and analyze advertising campaigns in order to suggest structural and editorial improvements that will optimize ad campaigns.
- Encourage advertisers to incorporate the company's various ad strategies and features to optimize their campaign performance. Provide campaign updates and recommendations, and ensure that our advertisers are satisfied with their ads campaign performance.
- Be the point of contacts for clients for day-to-day requests such as ads approval, billing...
- Work with clients and technical teams to troubleshoot and improve performance of campaigns
- Assist team members in customer training and orientation on the company's products.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

- 2-5 years of marketing experience in Healthcare sector

- Knowledge of Google advertising products across Apps, video, display, and search and ideally experience managing AdWords campaigns and with other Google products such as Google Analytics.

- Detail oriented, with the ability to quickly complete a large volume of high-quality work at tight deadlines.

- Strong organizational and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to speak and write in English and Vietnamese fluently.
