・Deal with salary and tax payment with financial consultant.
・Check social insurance with financial consultant.
・Process payment by using the internal financial system.
・Maintain comfortable and tidy offices
・Control company asset, order stationery and office supplies.
・Book travel arrangements, Visa, Work Permit and related documents for HR
・Other admin tasks

- Female (23 - 26 years old)
- Have bachelor or above, major in Accounting is preferred
- Have more than 1-year experience as GA staff/ HR Staff/ Financial staff/ Admin staff in any industry.
- Full experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Preferable experience: Have working experience in Japanese companies.
- Language level: English business level or Japanese business level (more than N2)
- Can work both in a team and individually
