Assist Leasing's Management Team in the administration work including but not limited to:
- Assisting Head of Leasing in some negotiations process.
- Manage & control in/out writings accordance with company procedures.
- Make the periodic report upon higher level request.
- Other tasks as assigned by the line manager
- Comparison of quotes, terms & conditions of different suppliers
- Follow up with providers in the submission of documents, after negotiated contract exchanges.
- Assist Head of Leasing to monitor contracts expiry dates.
- Assist Head of Leasing to liaise with stores and internal departments a follow-up of the quality of negotiated supplies and services
- Assisting in the gathering of information for monthly report preparation.
- Any other assigned duties related to Leasing P&L Management.
Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by superiors
Functional knowledge & experience:
- Good knowledge in Retail industry is an advantage but not necessary,
- Experience in working with the Government Office, local Authorities
- Extremely Detail-oriented, Sensitive over Financial reports and figures.
