Admin Officer must be a team player and work with other members of the team to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract
Ensure working environment readiness for new hires. Prepare the welcome package: creating employee and client ID, request the badge card, request email account, laptop (if needed), desktop, telephone), other required forms.
Follow up and coordinate with department managers to ensure new hire trainings requirement compliance, support employee performance and recognition program.
Coordinate with head office HR to ensure employee compensation and benefits: collecting necessary document forwarding employee’s question and concerns.
Coordinate with department managers and sub-contractors ensuring labor and site compliance: attendance check, working hours, overtime, labor policy in compliance with local law and RBA; other compliance expectations.
Collect and ensure up-to-dated information of site headcount, contact list, recognition, organization chart for Vietnam site.
Lead and liaise company activities: monthly staff meeting, team outing, team building and other engagement activities (birthday, long service)
Provide logistic service for site team training: venue, invitation, set up, layout arrangement, on-training support.
Booking air tickets, rooms for meeting, resident card application, police / criminal record, visa extension, for expats
Support sub-contractors to do other jobs related (badge process and other related requests on system).
Other administrative tasks.
