Responsible for ensuring lobby front activities in accordance with procedures;
Responsible for the operation of the reception, front office and the bar
Urge, inspect, monitor and evaluate the performance of employees in the Department
Hygienic area of responsibility
Coordinate with security, sales team, and other department to ensure smooth operation of front office
Speed up, guide and supervise all involved departments
Perform other tasks requested by manager

Education: College/Bachelor in Business/ hopitality
Foreign Language: Good speaking in English
Computer skills: Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
Essential Knowlegde: Experience in hospitality
Skills: Having the ability to manage, organize time, Self-starter with limited need for direct supervision, problem solving skill, Strong Observation skills and arrange, Strong organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills, Ability to work independently and on teams in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
Experience: 5 years' experience at the Admin Supervisor in real estate enterprises or hospitality industry.
