Number of position: 01
Work location: Aeon Mall Long Biên, Cổ Linh, Long Biên, Hà Nội
Working time: Monday - Friday
Report to: Administration Executive/ Manager
Team members: 03
Prepare and maintain general flow and execution of administrative processes
Manage all types of contracts, document file system and financial reports...
Oversee and execute administrative support for shopping mall office
Support General Manager in all areas of administrative activities and reports
Other duties as assigned

Bachelor degree, any fields
No experience required. Fresh candidates can be trained.
Can communicate in English
Good at Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Have mindset of teamwork
Be careful and willing to work with paper/ document
2 day-off per week
