Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Administration & Training Executive.
+ Work location: AEON MALL Hue – 6th Floor, Vietinbank Building, No. 2 Le Quy Don Street, Phu Hoi Ward, Hue City, Thua Thien Hue (Temporary office).
+ Working time: On average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 1-2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays.
+ Report to: Senior Executive.
- Handle all tasks related to customer satisfaction in the shopping mall to maintain the highest customer service level, including: giving feedback to customers via multi-channel, handling customer comments, understanding customer needs, having an action plan to increase service level, etc. (25%);
- Conduct training programs that deliver customer service mindset and build sufficient and effective regulations to evaluate the training efficiency; develop training activities to adapt to the actual situation or future requirements (25%);
- Manage the office to keep it in a good status: prepare all necessary items & service for the office and the shopping mall operation (office, pantry, meeting rooms, medical room, etc.) and ensure the availability and good quality for furniture, equipment, stationeries, water, photocopy machine, car, taxi, phone, internet, cleaning, etc. (15%);
- Cooperate with the Operation team to monitor tenant execution including compliance and daily process to ensure that the shopping mall regulations are strictly followed and to maintain a high level of customer service (tenant attitude, tenant staff management, violation, insurance, food hygiene, etc.) (15%);
- Process paperwork that strictly follows company procedures: Request For Approval (RFA), Request For Chop (RFC), contracts, payment documents, other documents as requested (10%);
- Conduct reports on time as requested by line supervisor (5%);
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor or higher managers (5%).
