SCE Project Vietnam, a subsidiary of SCE Project Asia, is actively looking for a Architect Cum Project Coordinator that will support the design team in the production and coordination/ management of multiple project from conceptual to site implementation for our local and oversea Clients
The Architect Cum Project Coordinator will work in between the Design Director, the design team, client and all stakeholders, reporting proactively to the Design director and Office manager tracking work schedule
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in the delivery of projects in accordance with the standard and/or provided directly by the Authority.
Perform work on all phases of various architectural projects including concept design development, preparation of presentation drawings and specifications, design review and coordination drawings.
Assist in analysis and appraisal of current project status and forecast of activities in order to ensure completion of project on schedule.
Communicate with client to understand their problems and report to Design director and design team on timely and accuracy manner
Prepare project related correspondence, reports, charts and presentations.
Assist in preparation of dossier submission to client as per competed stage of projects; coordinate and assist with financing department to issue payment request and debt collection.
Assist in the negotiation of consultant contracts, professional service amendments and contractor's claims, payment invoices or change orders.
Organize and prioritize workload, assist Design Director in identifying project needs/requirements.
Assist in coordinating projects with outside agencies, utility companies, and community groups who are affected by proposed project, as required.
Work independently in addressing complex tasks in a time sensitive environment.
Respond to each inquiry, whether from a customer, vendor or co-worker in a professional and courteous manner.
Attend off-site meetings as necessary.
Perform related duties as assigned.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture.
At least five (5) years of experience in executing architectural projects from the master planning phase through site implementation.
Effective professional written and communication skills, with customers, employees and vendors.
Excellent use of Auto Cad, Sketch-up, Microsoft Office, Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-design)
Revit skills are optional but highly appreciated.
Good understanding in written and spoken English.
Excellent organizational, analytical, confidentiality, multi-tasking, time management and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility, spirit of initiative, willing to learn, highly responsibility and team spirit
Term of Employment
Full time position.
