Mô tả Công việc

  • With support from the manager, follow up and analyze development of assigned products (brand health, sales, market execution, distribution, gaps, and competition) and propose suitable programs.
  • Survey, trade visit and keep superior updated with market information: prices, new brands/products, competitors, market trends, customer & consumer feedbacks...
  • Work closely with the Sales and/or Food Service team on brand for effective implementations of promotional programs and creative campaign’s.
  • Contact with suppliers for getting quotation, mock-up and to manage POSM quantity.
  • Responsible for communication with in-house design team, creating POS material in line with brand guidelines from principals.
  • Liaise with authorities to get approval for implementing marketing activities (promotion, sampling campaigns…)
  • Prepare information for reports (A&P tracking, sales, stock,…)
  • Other tasks are given by Line manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • University degree in business, commerce, marketing or other related field.
  • 2 years experience in Marketing/Brand with similar position, within the FMCG or DAIRY industry is a plus.
  • Has good foundations and understanding in branding and product management
  • Dynamic and capability in multi-tasking
  • Pro-active, adaptive, and good follow-through
  • Positive attitude, result oriented, resourceful, innovative,
  • Be able to work in multicultural environment
  • Attract and interest by multicultural food products
  • Be able to travel and work with minimum supervision as well as a team player
  • Good command of English in writing & speaking
  • Proficient with Excel, Words & PowerPoint
