Strategically and creatively develop the Services range in Circle K through yearly planning
Proactively analyze the market, industry, competitors and customer trends and look for ways to improve additional income for Circle K through additional services items and related arrangements at all times
Periodically prepare sales reports with analysis of services category performance, identify trends, and recommend actions to enhance and grow the Services category
Ensure smooth running of services by working closely with Operation & IT, FIN teams for the best execution at store level
Strategically cooperate with suppliers/ partners to maintain & maximize the existing Services and look for new business opportunities as well as handle issues, if any
Work with Business Development Manager & Business Development Director in new business opportunity development

1. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred. Master degree or overseas education is an advantage.
2. English is a must (both oral & verbal).
3. Minimum 5 years of experience in Services/Business Development, Sales, Sourcing or related fields. Retail knowledge is an advantage
4. Great interpersonal skills & communication in both Vietnamese and English
5. Creative, up to date, open to new ideas, high technology literacy is preferred
6. Must be computer literate in Word, Power Point and excellent in Excel
7. Business minded, aggressive, high level of integrity and leadership, detailed, decisive, responsibility and commitment. Able to work independently and in a team.
