- Organize and monitor working schedule of General Manager to regularly remind, provide information or propose, adjust the appropriate working time and location when necessary.
- Organizing and participating in meetings, taking notes and synthesizing contents, making memos and taking notes on main contents to serve the management and administration.
- Drafting, preparing documents, collecting necessary information at the request of the General Director; report after the meeting; Preference will be given to those who have experience in making various reports.
- Translating and interpreting documents as required; documents related to real estate project, construction (send email, work with contractors, design consulting center as an investor, at the request of the CEO, direct management staff....business administration, financial , priority is given to those who have worked in real estate, construction companies... welcome those who are good at English in financial field, business administration with high qualification).
- Communicating information of the General Director to departments and divisions in the Group.
- Receive, classify, arrange, process information and documents from departments, partners and synthesize reports.
- Perform other tasks as requested by the General Manager.
- Graduated from University majoring in Diplomacy, Foreign Trade, Finance, Business Administration...
2-5 years of experience in a similar position;
- English: At least Ielts 6.5 or equivalent.

- Good communication skills, handling situations quickly and delicately
