Assistant HR Manager

This position will report directly to Human Resource Manager.

General HR:

- Assists HR Site Manager in managing HR Department and providing effective, timely and cost-effective services in Recruitment & Selection, Employee Data Administration, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations.

- Supervises directly the positions of area supervisors such as Staffing, Administration, Compensation and Benefits, and Security.

- Assists HR Manager to provide strong leadership to the HR team (technical expertise + business direction).

- Plans, organizes and executes organizational policies, procedures and programs in Staffing, Compensation and Benefits , Administration and Security.

- Builds relationships among the departments.

Training:

- Leads and develops a team of Training Support Specialists to ensure excellence in the area of technical skill development.

- Ensure that all employees have an effective orientation in to Jabil.

- Ensure that all employees have the opportunity to develop the skills required to do their job by advocating the importance of training and education.

- Drive continuous improvement in Training and Development team through trend reporting analysis, metrics management and encouraging every team member to improve their own skills.

- Demonstrate a commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet, and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively; making customer issues a priority.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

-  Bachelor's Degree.

-  Plus a minimum 5 years experience in HR Management and Training role.

-  Very good and flexible at English communication and negotiation.

-  Strong technical expertise in HR.

-  Expert knowledge of labor law.
