Manages and controls the store operations in the achievement of monthly sales targets in order to achieve or exceed the annual business plan objectives. Ensures the smooth and uninterrupted operations of all processes in the store and upholds the operational standards and core commercial aspects of the business as per company policy and procedures.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for achieving sales target for each department.
Coach, Motivate, develop, manage and Inspire a team of up to 10 members.
Developing and Maintain Sales, Profit, and Loss (P&L).
Delivering Foot Locker fundamental principles of customer service.
Set action plans to optimize product and stock management.
Execute plans to drive key performance indicators to maximize profitability
Maintaining Visual directives and standards are maintained
Maintains a high level of customer focus and leads by example with clear and engaging communication
Enhance brand loyalty by empowering the team to create a natural and personable experience for customers
Develop a balance of strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
Becoming the brand ambassador.

Minimum Job Requirements:
Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing sales setting at the same level.
Minimum Bachelor Degree at any field
Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
