Aventus Group is an international group of Fintech companies that develops innovative financial services and provides online lending services in more than 10 markets in Europe, Asia and Africa. Currently, we are running a new digital P2P lending platform project in Vietnam and looking for a Personal Assistant to COO as below details:
1. Arranging and participation in the meetings/zoom-calls with COO, managers and directors of functions: Call Center; Payment reminding department; Marketing and etc.
· Identify open tasks, difficulties
· Define solutions
· Hosting and distributing Meeting minutes
· Adding tasks from Minute minutes to ASANA
2. Scheme of interaction with local managers:
· Add tasks in ASANA
· Monitoring the timely completion of tasks within estimated/agreed deadlines
· Reminders, assistance
· Control managers for the timely preparation/updating of regular reports and presentations
3. Arranging and participation in the meetings/zoom-calls with potential and existing business partners, vendors to improve the company's operational activities.
4. Participation in brain-storming to improve the company's products/services.
5. Creation of tasks for business needs to IT in JIRA.
· Planning of sprints
· Prioritizing the tasks within sprints with Project, managers and IT team-leader
· Control the progress of IT tasks in JIRA
6. Other tasks or projects assigned by the COO.
1. At least 5 years experience at the same position.
2. English is a must.
3. Preference will be given to candidates in fintech, financial industry.
