Objectives
Supporting expatriate members to be working for Business Administration activities efficiently and effectively
Key responsibilities
•As an assistant you will work as part of the Business Administration Team of Japanese/Vietnamese expatriate members with industry experience, hereafter referred to as the Team. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Serve as a liaison between the Team, executives of company, employees, and business partners, communicating in English/Japanese/Vietnamese.
•Collect, summarize, and organize information from a variety of sources, such as circulars from government or meeting minutes/other corporate documentation, for inclusion in periodical reports and presentations.
•Perform independent research and prepare information for special projects as assigned.
•Support the Team and responsible for the coordination of their undertaking in Business Administration activities not limited by departmental boundaries.
•Support in ad-hoc assignments assigned independently from the Team as and when needed.

Qualification
•Good command of business level English and Japanese (N1) for both written and spoken, and native level of Vietnamese.
•Degree holder or above
•Minimum 3-5 years or above relevant personal assistant experience is highly preferable
•Solid knowledge of Companies Ordinance
•Organized and able to communicate effectively to all personnel
•Very high integrity, self-motivated, well-organized, and good interpersonal skill
•Good ethics, mature, proactive, meticulous, and professional
•Attention to detail, fast pace, effective communication, and organizations skills are a must
•Able to deal with a multi-cultural environment
•Good command of Microsoft applications (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook) or other related tools
•Immediate availability will be an advantage
