Mô tả Công việc

- Report to Japanese General Director (Male, Age ~45)
- Manage B2C Sales Departments, with 18 Sales Consultant (10 HCMC, 8 HN)
- Job Responsibilities:

  • Direct and coordinate activities of current B2C sales via call center/ e-commerce (Facebook page)
  • Develop and implement actual Retail shop (Showroom) to explain to customers face-to-face and enhance product sales
  • Assist BOD in developing Retail shop (showroom) at least 5-6 in each famous shopping street all over HCMC, then Hanoi later, to increase brand awareness
  • Develop and implement Project sales plan through setting up more detailed price & education plan for Sales Consultant
  • Plan and direct activities such as Co-operate sales, for example, coordinating with other companies, factories, restaurants, spas, etc. to promote and sell the water purifier products (make their daily water clean)
  • Recommend locations for new showroom, or oversee the remodeling of current facilities.
  • Plan store layouts, and design displays.
  • Make B2C sales strategy and plan and execute them.
  • Manage B2C sales team by motivating and supporting the team members with respect and achieve the yearly and mid-term target such as unit sales, revenue, gross profit and operating profit.
  • Maintain good win/win relationships with the business partners and manage them.
  • Conduct feasible study and make a business plan for the new business portfolio.
  • Other assignments given by General Director.


- Working Time: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday & Saturday morning)

- Monthly Salary: 2,500–3,500USD

- Essential Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor degree
  • Language skills: English Conversational level
  • At least 5 years' proven working experience as B2C Sales Manager from either commodity sales business below:
  1. Healthcare product sales to end-user
  2. Beauty care product sales to end-user
  3. Home appliance product sales to end-user
  4. Notes: NOT come from factory, banking, insurance industries
  • Have education & experience managing promotion girl, promoter men
  • May control call center sales via e-commerce, educate Sales Consultant on how to talk, how to sell since call center sales will have big target
  • May have store chain development and management experience. After developing at least 5-6 showroom in HCMC, this candidate will have to manage all shops
  • Fixated interest in establishing new business from scratch
  • Dedication to create and apply an effective business strategy
  • Conceptional and planning skills with a broad view
  • Communication, negotiation and human skills
  • Effective team and time management skills
  • Smart, quick action but also well-organized
