Mô tả Công việc

Assist Manager Training and Quality Management in building, managing and delivering a Bancassurance Training Program which trains, licenses, develops all Bancassurance sales, all sales management staff and all relevant Bank staff.

Actively monitor the quality of the sales forces in their day-to-day situation to ensure a constant high quality of customer interactions by staff of the bank and the Insurer as well as reaching the Life Business targets.

  1. Planning and implementation
  • Participate in designing a suitable and effective multiyear training program for both the Insurer's staff and management and the bank's staff and management
  • Participate in building a stimulating and effective training environment, both virtually (incl. e-training) and physically, ultimately resulting in the MB Ageas Life Training Academy
  • Work in Developing best in class content for all training and learning programs by making use of international best practices and proven methodologies
  1. The tasks in the job function assigned include, but are not limited to the duties and responsibilities as follows
  • To act as trainer in different Programs, showing an exemplary display of the methodology and content of the training programs
  • Manage the proper coordination within the Insurance company and between bank and Insurer so all staff will be trained in the most practical and effective way and training facilities and resources will be used to the best of capacity
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of training to ensure that it is meeting the requirements of the business by executing regular mystery shopping exercises, tests and assessments, based on a set of Quality indicators and framework provided by the Manager Training and Quality Management
  • Produce regular management reports that show the effective use of resources, the training results, licensing status and the effect on the quality of advice and the business results
  • Support Coaching team, Risk and Quality Management team to control the quality of all sales force.

  • Act as a “team player” to work towards creating an excellent training team
  • Update with the latest market trends, knowledge about Bancassurance products and last insights in training methodologies

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

+ At least 3 years work experience, much of which has been spent in a training role for a large/medium financial institution.

+ A good public speaker, used to running training sessions and making team/group presentations.

+ Experience in writing/designing training modules, e-learning and distance learning materials and have an understanding of learning styles.
