Following up with IT department for resolution in the events of system error (CRM system; Auto dialer system…).
New Project/Campaign: Coordinate with IT Department and other relevant departments/unites to set up IT for new campaigns/project to acquire new customers for Bancassurance.
Coordinate with Insurers to issue the contracts
Provide contract list for payment department to do the reconcillation.

Min. 1 year of working experience, priority in banking & finance area, in operations in retail banking or insurance products
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
