Job Summary:
As the business develops, our client is seeking for a skilled BD Manager to lead the sales force in the North and handle the P&L. He or she will be responsible for creating a vision and strategy over the long term.
Job Responsibilities:
· Provides regular visits to opinion leaders and the main decision makers within key accounts to establish solid contacts for ongoing or future business
· Coordinates sales force and other resources, pricing based on funding availability and competitors’ intelligence
· Manage the employees/resources and set clear tasks and goals (salary and bonus plans, performance appraisal for sales people, approve expense reports for sales organization)
· Ensure that employees are properly supported, trained, and evaluated
· Keep sales staff highly motivated
· Manage national accounts and purchase organizations
· Ensures the continuous check and improvement of internal procedures and manages the change processes in the department (Change Management)

· Background in hospital consumable parts
· 6 years of experience in MNCs and 3 years of experience in P&L
· Good network with KOLs/Channel Management experience
· Knowledge of Sales Specific IT Tools
· Honest, sales aggressive, sales mindset, willing to travel
