Your responsibility includes:
Oversee, measure, and report on key factors and KPIs
Develop and implement company values, strategies, and tactics.
Pursue planning and decision-making process to maintain consensus with the company.
Practice regular and adequate reporting.
Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure operations performance and integrity and the company´s mission.
Ensuring all optimal operations of all company departments, HR, accounting, production, Customer care, and marketing, Research, development, and Quality Assurances dep.
Working with the company to build a culture where people can excel.
Providing guidance, counseling, and consultation to employees to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Drive and oversee improvements in production and operational activities.
Ensure infrastructure and equipment.
Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.
Work towards streamlining workflows, processes, and planning parameters to ensure smooth flows.
Keeping detailed computerized records and reporting all of the branch office operations and activities, including employee performance
Collaborate with the European management

Requirements
Age: 35 - 45
MBA or equivalent with the Business Administration/finance/management treatment business or related majors.
Strong leadership and a minimum of 10 - years of people management experience.
Exceptional knowledge of product planning and execution, with a deep understanding of project management.
Excellent change management skills can embrace ambiguity and meet commitments.
Masterful understanding of complex systems, good statistical skills.
Product Management skills to track the KPIs of the features. released and improve them.
Proficiency with task management software is a plus.
High level of integrity.
Excellent written & spoken in English.
Strong Excel data analysis.
High level of time management, coaching/communication, organization skills, and innovation.
