· Manage and Enhance Brand and Product portfolio in charge in discipline with Marketing & Brand strategy
· Drives profitable sales, brand growth (brand health and consumer panel parameters)
· Lead multi-functional team to develop & execute holistic initiatives via LLP (Local Launch Plan) & IMC development & execution. Directly lead ATL development & brand activation for the initiatives
· Develop in-depth WHO profile and Execute brand communication plans
· Manage agency and partner relationships
· Leverage customer insight data to strengthen and refresh brand management
· Ensure Brand communication within areas of responsibility to be consistent with the Corporate and Brand positioning
· Develop and Implement media planning, buying, and other innovation touchpoints
· Provide design and direction for marketing collaterals, web, product packaging, and other visual communications for the company
· Build databases & knowledge of Centers of Expertise
· Manage Brand A&P and Execute with discipline
· Develop & Execute Co-MKT plans for MT/Retailers based on reconciliation from Trade MKT
