This position mainly focuses on carrying out business development plans to contribute to the department’s set objectives to meet the organization’s short-term and long-term business objectives.
Build network for business as well as good relationship with potential customers for business development;
Work on right solutions in order to get business while understand the needs of business of customers;
Present services favorably and in a structured professional way face-to-face; listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale;
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers for maintaining current business and growing more business with customers as their long term business partner;
Negotiate the terms of an agreement to make contract terms reasonable and close sale;
Research the market and related products for market intelligence in order to have right business strategy for winning biddings and the company’s business development;
Work with operations team as well as other supporting teams to have optimum costing and qualified services for RFQ in order to win business;
Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions to grow more business with existing customers;
Create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer;
Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;
Act as facilitator between the company and customers to solve issues, complaints from customers as well as orient customers to reasonable result for the company and better service satisfaction of customers.
Comply with EHS requirements, ISO standards, national regulations, working regulations, fire protection regulation;
Do other tasks assigned by the Superior.

3-4 years of experience at the same level in Logistics/ Freight Forwarding, 3PL for a foreign owned company
Good command of English (oral and written)
Good analytical and reporting skills
Good presentation, communication, and negotiation skill
