- This position holder looks for new customer and potential customers in the same time create good network with current customers.
- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
- Build and maintain long-term relationship with existing customers.
- Conduct sales presentations/ meetings with customers to offer Company’s key service offerings.
- Coordinate closely with Warehouse Manager and Distribution & Traffic Manager.
- Prepare proposals & contracts for new customers.
- Identify new business areas which is in-line with the Company’s growth strategy.
- Keeping abreast of what competitors are doing.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

- Commercial knowledge on 3PL.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
- Good presentation, negotiation skills.
- Confidence, self-motivated, patience and proactive.
- Strong acumen for new business.
- Minimum Degree in Logistics & Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Management is preferable.
YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in similar capacity.
- Working experience on Third Party Logistics is preferable.
