Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of an international electronic component distributor. Our highly respected client is seeking a Business Development Manager with at least 5 years' experience in Engineering Manufacturing Service/ semiconductor industry. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh/ Hanoi.

Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager will pro-actively identify new sales opportunities, in line with the company's demand creation growth objectives, meeting the sales and targets.

Job Responsibilities:

· Develop new business opportunities and grow sales by adding new accounts in addition to existing customer base.

· He should have extensive experience in selling electronic components to Telecom, Commercial, Industrial and military/aerospace industries.

· Mentor, manage, and motivate the inside sales team to achieve sales and marketing goals

· Responsible for coordinating customer quotations, assign account responsibilities

· Establish and maintain communications between sales, marketing and other personnel as well as customer and suppliers

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

·      A BA / BS in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering major

·      At least 5 years of sales experience in semiconductor/ engineering manufacturing service industry.

·      Self-starter, well organized, and able to prioritize and meet deadlines.

·      Requires PC skills and proficiency with Excel and Access.
