Carry out consumer finance market research in 3 Cambodia, Myanmar and Laos (especially Cambodia) and make required relevant business reports;
Work with the various stakeholders, including the government, state bank, related associations to contribute to the shaping of laws, policies, and regulations. Liaise with local government bodies for all necessary regulatory matters;
Develop, coordinate and execute strategies, plans, and activities to open, retain and enhance new market access for the company’s products and technologies in Cambodia;
Propose business model being most fit with the new markets;
Serve as a key member of the Business Development team in helping to define and deliver the overall Go-To- Market strategy;
Build, maintain and develop relationships with business partners to promote and expand cooperation relating to products and services of the Company;
Manage all aspects of new market’s business development portfolios.

a. EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION / GIÁO DỤC, BẰNG CẤP:
Bachelor’s Degree in Banking/Finance or related majors.
b. EXPERIENCE / KINH NGHIỆM:
5+ years working experience in same field at banks, financial institutions, fin-tech or intermediary company;
3+ years of experience in building and executing complex initiatives in a business or government environment in Cambodia, Myanmar and Laos (experience in Cambodia market is preferred)
Highly effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills;
Skills of planning and market analysis;
Written and verbal fluency in English is required, fluency in Cambodian language is a plus;
Advanced IT skills, excel, word, power point;
Strong, quantifiable experience in Partner led sales and engagements;
