Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5 - 10 years' prior industry-related business development experience
Wind power or related renewable energy industry knowledge, basic technical and mechanical knowledge or ability, and willingness to learn those knowledge.
Strong business development and sales skills: e.g. understanding of channels for business development, contract terms, and negotiation, risk management, knowledge of import and export trade, and international projects construction.
Strong multitask ability and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
