Mô tả Công việc

· Identify and research potential new customers in Vietnam and in sub-regions (SE Asia, ANZ, Pacific Islands, and others as assigned)

· Develop and maintain high level business relationships with potential customers

· Coordinate with other Commercial team members and other functions to develop, prepare, and present business proposals to targeted potential customers

· Perform new contract and pricing negotiation, including cash management in alignment with other functions

· Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline

· Assure lobbying and pro-active influence

· Promote & leverage company technologies, systems, products and services

· Provide input for products needed for the sub-region (in alignment with the relevant functions). Drive new applications (categories) for company products

· Collect Vietnam market information as well as other markets in the sub-region-potential (share of wallet), sales growth, importance of the key account’s market position, relative market share to the competitors, segments presence, trends, account’s organization and decision structure

· Maintain familiarity with competitive environment with data/ pricing/ activities in Vietnam and sub-region.

· Perform other reasonable tasks as assignment of BOD & GM.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

·       University graduate or higher degree in business major.

·       At least 5 years of experience in Business Development position.

·       Experience or knowledge in the food packaging industry.

·       Market development vision is an important factor for this position.

·       Ability to build good relationships with partners as well as negotiate well.

·       Knowledge of commercial contracts and regulations related to commercial contracts.

·       Ability to plan long-term development strategies with elements of sustainable development.

·       Flexibility to solve problems due to market influences such as finding new customers, flexible options for sales...

·       Persuasive communication skills.

·       Persuasive presentation skills.

·       Flexibility in moving and long-distance business trips.

·       Good command of written and spoken English.
