BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / SALES EXECUTIVE For Fulfillment / Warehousing / Logistics Services
(3-5 Years of Experience in a similar function / field)
- Salary: 10 -15m gross/month + commission,
- Location: Tan Binh Dist, Ho Chi Minh City.
I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Business Development / Sales:
● Establish and Follow-through the Personal Sales Pipeline to meet the Monthly / Yearly Sales KPI
● Identify and Approach new Sales Leads within the Network (Clients with needs relevant to the Company’s various Products / Services) to establish Sales Opportunities:
○ Business Development: New Warehousing Partnership across key cities of Vietnam, upon customer requests;
○ Sales (Primary): Warehousing and Transportation Services;
○ Sales (Secondary): Cross-border freight forwarding, Bonded Warehousing, etc. Services;
● Establish the appropriate Service Rate Card (Quotation) to match with these Clients’ needs / demand, and Propose this Service Rate Card (Quotation) to the Client
● Lead the Commercial / Operations Terms Negotiations with the Client until reaching the final agreement: Contract Signing
● Amend / Update the Company’s existing Service Contract Templates to match with the agreed Commercial / Operations Terms above
● Coordinate with the Company’s various departments (AM/KAM/CS, Ops., FA..) in order to ensure a smooth on-boarding of the Client into the Company’s system: Start of Servicing
2. Account Management
● Follow up closely with the Clients’ business transactions with the Company, and work with the Company’s various departments (AM/KAM/CS, Ops., Finance/Accounting) to ensure smooth business dealings
● Record / report any issues regarding the Company’s Services to the Clients and advise the Company’s management / various departments involved in the process regarding potential solutions to the above issues
● Throughout the above - establish further Sales opportunities (or Revenue optimization opportunities) and work towards achieving them.

II. REQUIREMENTS
1. Educational Background: Degree from relevant fields
2. Personal Characteristics: Integrity; Accountability, Customer-centric and Solutions-driven
3. Experience: At least 3 years of experience working in Sales (Having experience in the fields of E-commerce / Distribution / Supply Chain (Fulfilment / Warehousing / Logistics)
4. Other: Having interests in Sales, possess great interpersonal / communication skills and customer service mentality
