Responsible for collecting Employee’s personal profile are sufficient and compliance with current regulation, provide information to HR Operation for payroll calculation, update information on HRIS accurately and timely and respond to Employee’s queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operation/ Process
Manage Employee’s personal profile as regulation (from onboarding to offboarding process)
Prepare and manage all documents related to internal transfer, promotion, labor contract renewal or termination
Consolidate monthly timesheet and ensure the accuracy before sending to payroll team
Answer queries and consult all matters to Employees regarding Company’s benefits and policy
Provide support in investigations for disciplinary and grievance procedures
Actively provide difficulties in operations to R&P Department to improve and adjust the procedures/statues appropriately
Contribute to improve the process and benefit policy and procedure
Perform other duties as assigned by HRS Service Team leader – Frontline or Unit Head of HR Service
HR, TMS, online process module in HRIS
Update all Employee’s information on HRIS accurately and timely with new hires or changes in employment status
Ensure HR, TMS, online process function in HRIS system run smoothly and perfectly
