Be ensure all reports of compulsory insurances, labor contracts for store staff, uniform, annual leave, control staff list.
I. Job accountabilities;
- Be responsible for following up probation evaluation to ensure all related labor contract will be processed timely, correctly and confidential.
- Back up for updated reports of labor, Social Insurance, Health Insurance and Unemployment for store staff to ensure timely and efficient quarterly reconcilement.
- Keep track all social insurance books for new hires include new registration to ensure all social insurance book will be available when employee leaves.
- Be responsible for all issues of health insurance include new card registration, return, compensation if any.
- Be responsible for whole procedure of store staff’s resignation to ensure all related payment will be timely, correctly and confidential.
- Be ready for back up payroll of store staff to ensure effective system, effective assessment
- Be responsible for staff uniform, name badge, annual leave, control & update staff list in time, exactly……
- Support on other ad hoc of the department to ensure team good performance.
- File and record all documents as requested
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- College graduate, experience of HR field at least 2 year.
- Good at interpersonal skill, team work oriented.
- Good communicate in English.
- Fluent in operating on Word, Excel
- Willing to learn, quick approach on new job handled.
