Be responsable for the correct calculation and on-time payment of attendanc, leave, salary, allowance, bonus.
Handle the social security and housing fund’s in and out, and IIT payment in a timely manner.
Be responsable for filling in the the attendance and salary reports.
Maintain the EHR system, and solve the system problems in the daily operations and submit the new requests to the supplier and implement the debug the new requests.
Answer and communicate employees’question about compensation and benefit.
Be familiar with the state and local C&B policies and rules. Bring forward the non-conformity.
Participate the C&B analysis, including the salary survey.
Support other department, provide related C&B data.
Follow the quality and environmental system management rules.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Be familiar with the most frequently used Excel Functions, including statictics, counting, citing
Be familiar with the State and local laws and regulations about compensation and benefit.
Be familiar with Summit’s C&B policy and regulation.
Be loyal and abide byt the occuputional ethics, keep the confidentiality of the compensation and benefit information.
Pass Wonderlic score of 20 or greater.
Can communicate work issues in English and can translate documents between English and Vietnamese
