Vietnam Investment Group (VIG) is seeking Center Manager for Timezone Vietnam - a chain of entertainment systems.
Timezone Vietnam has emerged as the leader in the interactive games industry. Timezone provide accessibility and convenience to Vietnamese specifically seeking interactive fun. We are looking to maximize performance of our existing team and hire capable candidates who possess an analytical and entrepreneurial spirit while being action-oriented and solution-driven. Specific content as follows:
Working location: Aeon Mall Hai Phong Le Chan, Ho Sen street – Cau Rao 2, ward Kenh Duong and ward Vinh Niem, Le Chan district, Hai Phong city, Viet Nam.
What you will be responsible for:
Greet and provide excellent service to all customers.
Supervise staff in accordance with company policy.
Complete and cost weekly staff rosters.
Manage stock levels and merchandising are in accordance with company policy.
Manage the safety of customers and employees.
Manage that company property is protected from destruction or damage by staff or customers.
Manage that all equipment is safe for staff and customers.
Liaise with local businesses, community and sporting groups.
Actively promote the center within the local area.
Enforce the correct banking procedure of all monies by all center staff.
Accurately complete all paperwork in a neat and timely manner.
Lead the center team by example, in a hands-on manner
Coach staff in all aspects of company systems and operations including customer service standards and product /center presentation.
Manage efficient use of budgeted hours for CS staff and Managers.
Manage that the correct caliber of staff is recruited.
Manage that merchandise displays are at an optimum presentation.
Manage that Timezone promotions are clearly communicated to staff and customers.
Manage all machines/tools are clean, safe, functional and full.
Log any incidents or daily business in the diary.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Min of 3 years' experience in a retail, F&B, Hospitality, etc.
Fluency in English.
Ability to lead and manage a work team.
Able to interact effectively with team members and customers.
Initiative and people management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Business minded and results-oriented.
Strong interest in entertainment service and consumer retailing.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Sound computer skills and knowledge to operate office programs.
