Lead the Centre Of Excellence (COE) team to engage and propel the growth of the channel partners, via 2 functions – Channel Management, and Channel Communication
- Own excellent knowledge and understanding about operating model of ecommerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, or other marketplaces in Vietnam
- Proactively approach updates and changes on ecommerce platforms, lead the communications and training to
internal stakholders and client brands to ensure all stays up to date
- Manage the process of onboarding new brands on ecommerce platforms, and ensure best onboarding experience
- Develop ecommerce winning metrics, best practices study and industry insightful reporting to assist in providing
solutions to clients and brands
- Manage relationships with key third-party sales channels such as Lazada, Shopee or other marketplaces on all
operations related topics
-Participate in growing brands on ecommerce by identifying opportunities to propose initiatives for sales campaign
success and process excellence
Manage all updated information from channel partners to internal teams and newsletters from OnPoint to clients.
Develop a strong ecommerce knowledge including partner news and ecommerce trends to internal teams through OnPoint knowledge base and training.
Build and update OnPoint’s knowledge base.
- 5 years experience in ecommerce with a minimum of 2 year of managing a team.
- Understanding of ecommerce industry and platforms.
- Ability to manage team, prioritize, deliver on multiple projects in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Data-driven with strong Excel skills and the ability to analyze data.
