- Research & Development - Be accountable for new equipment, product development, cost reduction formulation in a timely manner; maintain all standards of performance; forecast and review R&D budget monthly and report to Manager and Director;
- Cooperating - Work in a cross functional team with Sales, Marketers;
With Marketing Dept.:
Make Demo of food to provide marketing with content for their facebook post;
Provide ideas and ways to promote marketing for our company;
Work with sales and marketing to find out about events happening in Saigon , so we can apply for a booth to promote our company and sales
With Sales Dept.:
Accompany Sales Representatives on customer calls to help educate our customers on company strengths and capabilities;
Support for sales team to know what could be sold to customers.
Attached to sales if needed to keep support and materials needed to secure closing the deal with customers.
- Menu Development – Represent the company in building menu of various food and beverage which are appropriate with the use or guidance of equipment.
- Training/ Orientating and Coaching
+ Train for customer’s staffs on how to operate the equipment, tips and tricks to use machine;
+ Develop the knowledges for inhouse staffs on equipment; technical production and operations through mentoring/ coaching; assess training effectiveness to ensure knowledges and techniques into employees.
- Solutions for customers - Assist the customer by providing solutions to their product/process challenges; Give the cooking lessons to customer’s staffs; Train them the correct procedure in storing food and maintaining hygiene.
- Networking with customers to build relationship: Utilize good communication skills, both written and oral, to make presentations to customers, internal colleagues and management. Organize and prepare comprehensive reports of technical plans, progress and future work;

- Degree level: Bachelor’s degree.
- Degree field: Chef, Food & Beverage, Education
- Experience: at least 3 years in Food & Beverage (Cooking & Pastry)
- Key Skills: Strong communication, sales, hospitality, flexibility, cooking & pastry, smart and confident.
