Mô tả Công việc

  • Support HR team to double check payroll and social insurance monthly. Must have responsibility about Personal Income Tax for both Vietnamese and Expats.
  • Support HR team to check the formulation for Annual Leave file.
  • Classify all documents for General Accountant to entry into Effect software.
  • Guide for General Accountant these entry so difficult, by: draw “ Chu T”, General Accountant will entry as that “Chu T”
  • Double check all entry that General Accountant entry into the Effect software. Then make Financial Report and send to BOD. Analyze and compare data between this month and previous months.
  • Work together with General Accountant make VAT report monthly.
  • Double check information on the bank transfers after the General Accountant has done before submit Managing Director’s signature.
  • Follow balance of VND account timely to selling USD. Must send email for Managing Director before require selling USD?
  • Follow and pay for tax, all report for tax office on time (Personal Income tax, Co-operation Income tax, VAT, ….)
  • Always updates these new regulations of Government (tax, social insurance…)
  • Support the potential work as company’s requirement.
  • Confidentiality: Be confidential absolutely company information of the financial report as well as other confidential data as company rule.
  • Check the data of General Accountant’s work: After the General Accountant entry the data into the Effect software, Chief Accountant double check the balance of assets account and analyze the reason why those accounts still have the balance. Double check the General Accountant enters in the expense account exactly or not.
  • Bank transfer, Telegraphic Bank transfers: Double check the all the information (the amount, account number of receiver…) before submitting Board of Directors’ signatures.
  • Make invoices: the Managing Directors will send Sales Report to Chief Accountant. The Chief Accountant is responsible to check the data, rate of exchange first, and then transfer for the General Accountant to entry into the software. Support the General Accountant to finish the invoice and send to the Managing Director in the same day if she does not have enough time to make it on time. In case it can be sent later, it has been approved by the Managing Director.
  • Sales Commission: Update revenue and amount that has collected from customer into Sales statement and send directly to Managing Director in quarterly.
  • Fixed assets: make a general report at the end of each month. Update the new assets on the fixed assets which have been arisen within that month, and then depreciate each asset, provide the detailed number for the General Accountant to entry into the software.
  • Long term prepaid: After the General Accountant entry and double check all the data, the Chief Accountant will update the new assets to 142 or 242 account, and then provide the data for the General Accountant entry to the software.
  • Salary: After the HR team finish the payroll, Chief Accountant will double check the amount of staff get raise, sign contract compare with the payroll of last month. Must have to check the formulation of the personal income tax and make the personal income tax monthly. Must have to check the amount of social insurance of payroll with the one of social insurance file of that month. After all the data are perfect, make the bank transfer for salary.
  • Financial report: After doubled check all data that entry into Effect software are perfect, Chief Accountant will make Financial Report and send the report via email to the Board of Managers on time. Make the unscheduled for the Managing Director or the Board of Directors to have the information of this report.
  • Personality: Friendly, hard working, positive attitude toward work and customer relationships and service. Self-starter, self-motivated. Able to work well with others as a team player. Generates enthusiasm among team members.
  • Values: Honesty, high work ethic, is trustworthy.
  • Project management: Excellent time management, results-oriented, ability to set attainable goals and deadlines, excellent follow-through with a genuine interest in implementation, able to complete work under a time line and fulfills deadlines on a regular basis and willing to work overtime as necessary. Manages the process of innovative change.
  • Organization: Excellent organizational skills. Comfortable managing many tasks at once.
  • Level-headed: Able to maintain composure even in high-stress situations
  • Appearance: Appropriate appearance
  • Attendance: Prompt and courteous.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Female prefer and Under 36 years old
  • Prefer + 1 – 4 years of experience in auditing
  • 5+ years of experience in general accountant or 2+ years of experience in Chief Accountant.
  • Experience in a high-growth start-up company preferred
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external clients at all levels while maintaining professionalism and poise
  • Unfaltering confidentiality and appreciation for the responsibility that accompanies handling of/ exposure to confidential information
  • Fluency in all aspects of Microsoft Office Suite of programs, specially Excel
  • Ability to easily handle competing priorities to successfully meet deadlines
  • Must have reliable personal transportation
  • Must have Chief Accountant Certificate
