Mô tả Công việc

1. Portfolio Analytics and Reporting

• Segmentation of customers based Customer behavior
• Run portfolio attribution reports and draw performance insights for regular internal reporting and portfolio decision making process
• Analysis based on economics, behavior or any other factors understand the demographics of it the cardholders
• Up selling, cross selling and down selling to existing customers
• Active credit limit management of the existing customers
• Understand and manage card P&L

2. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and other Bank guidelines

• Ensure all processes and requirements at various customer touch-points is updated, consistent & compliant.
• Ensure smooth implementation of new processes across functions

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree or 2-3 years equity analysis and research experience
• 2-3 years of relevant business experience
• Excellent communication skills
• In depth knowledge of market dynamics and sell-side interactions
• In depth understanding of portfolio analytics tools and of the reports generated by the analytics tools
• Proficiency  in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
