The Sales Executive's responsibilities include but not limited to the following tasks for Home appliances product:
1. Sales Tasks (80%)
- Be in charge of Sell-in target:
- Co-operate with Demand Planning team for: monthly SI target & plan
- Provide SI target to customer with logical data and estimate the support to reach target.
- Stock balance in customer warehouses
- Team work to balance SI/SI and achieve SI/SP target.
1.2 Input PO on system
- Follow customer PO and input to system
- Follow delivery with OMD/logistic team
- Solve delivery issue
1.3 Request internal approval
- Following Sales Agreement after finished approval
- Connecting with Customer Finance Team if any issue in Sales Agreement
- Price management: approval related to DFI support
1.4 Customer relationship
- Weekly meeting with customer
- Build & improve customer relationship
2. Report /Data analysis: (10%)
- SI/SO analysis by customer, by cate, by region, by cluster, by model… and do regular report to help line manager for making decisions
- Do regular meeting presentation for weekly meeting with customer, TM...
- Extract data from system to make assigned regular reports.
3. Sales support tasks (selected) (10%)
Prepare document, data to implement promotion program for customers.
The job requires the following formal qualifications, equivalent experience:
- University graduated
- 2-3 year experience in similar positions (Sales/ Business Development/ Key Account Management) or Group of Product (Specially in FMCG or Electronics field)
- Data Analysis, Sales skill
- Be active, enthusiastic with a high sense of ownership
- Ability to quickly reach an understanding of customers business and requirements - Average English communication skills (TOEIC ~ 650)
