1. Track and update Revenue Funnel:
- Coordinate with Salesman to consolidate funnel data, ensure data that FSS filled is accurate and complete;
- Manage and control key data to ensure no duplication happen, track lead conversion process to update contract and delivery information.
2. Check and verify Sales/Purchase Orders with Funnel:
3. Analyze, forecast and report on funnel/sales status:
Mapp and report sales data in each respective OPC;
Provide forecast quarterly and on ad-hoc basis;
Working with Power BI to create and update reports.
4. Track and update D365 – Key Data Module:
- Coordinate with Product Specialist and Operation team to manage and update system data;
- Follow up with Global team to update system data with local information.
5. Working on other ad-hoc projects where required.
