Develop admissions system and processes to support admissions growth for CISS;
Collaborate with the admissions team across CISS to ensure policies and processes are followed in line with the school admissions plan and strategies e.g. tuition incentives, accelerated enrolment, etc.
Provide training and up-skilling for admissions staff in sales and quality customer service to ensure continuity regarding to sales across CISS.
Develop and maintain an effective reporting system for admission monitoring and management regarding to student enrolment, prepare regular reports to the Board of Directors.
Participant in all events and activities promoting enrolment through prospective parents and companies/organisations.
PR & Marketing:
Manage all marketing materials, website updates, and social media presence on behalf of CISS;
Responsible for corporate messaging development and distribution;
Be the last point of contact with CISS deliverables before they are published/ distributed ensuring all formatting, aesthetics and content are in-line with CISS standards and expectations.
Proactively generate ways to advance the CISS’ brand in education industry publications, digital media, speaking opportunities, conference participation and other forms of advertising;
Actively market and promote CISS news and project developments including formal press release distribution, article development, social media, etc.
Responsible for the distribution and content of CISS electronic newsletter.
Define marketing direction for all Marketing and Design teams, including Content, Events, PR Communications and Designer.
Assist team in the preparation of new business materials.
Develop branded materials as needed.
Analyze marketing budget spending to ensure that it is in line with overall company objectives.
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
Mentor, motivate and build the Marketing and Design team which leads to clear plans and enhanced leadership.
Set up KPIs/ goals for the staff and drive them to achieve the required results and goals.
Recommend innovative marketing initiatives to ensure brand growth in sales and market share.
Advise the BOD on all matters relating to marketing and business activities.
Prepare a monthly, quarterly and annual marketing report.
Create the annual marketing plan/ budget.
Ensure documents and marketing materials are current, accurate and properly reflect the brand and desired message.
Perform other duties as assigned which are in the best interest of CISS.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field
At least 10 years of experience in equivalent position.
Experience in Education is a plus
Strong project management and people management
English proficiency in 4 skills is a MUST
Demonstrate ability to think creatively and independently
Advanced design knowledge/ experience
Strong work ethic and motivation to succeed
Possess strong organisational skills and attention to detail necessary to prioritise multiple initiatives and projects
Demonstrate a professional level of verbal, written and listening skills
Ability to create and assemble attractive marketing materials
Working knowledge of design and implementation software necessary for the job function
